They propose to combine PRS Galileo service and GNSS common view technique to achieve:
⦁ 1-digit nanosecond secure synchronization accuracy among Galileo PRS and/or non-PRS receivers
⦁ increase security, detect and warn against spoofing and jamming of attacks of PRS and non-PRSE receivers

cesah, the Centre for Satellite Navigation Hesse is the organiser of the Galileo Prize Hesse. They get support by their partners Hessen Trade & Invest / Digitales Hessen.
- EUR 3,750 Cash Prize provided by Hessen Trade and Invest/Digitales Hessen with EUR 1,500 and by the European Union with EUR 2,250 plus comprehensive support to help prepare an application for ESA Business Incubation.
- Coaching & Marketing
The Centre for Satellite Navigation Hesse (cesah) will provide the winner with business coaching and further expert advice. Also, cesah will promote the winning idea in dedicated marketing activities through its various distribution channels (e.g. website, mailings).

Access to public funding or VC if needed. Through the involvement of the ESA BIC Darmstadt, located near to the European Space Operations Centre (ESOC), the winner will be able to benefit from the technical expertise of the extensive ESA-related network for satellite navigation applications, precise positioning, and business development.
